That includes verifying subcontractors with HMRC, applying the correct deduction rate (20% for verified, 30% for unverified), issuing deduction statements, and filing the monthly CIS return. If you have a mix of employed staff and CIS subcontractors, both are managed under the same fixed fee arrangement.

Is there a long-term contract or minimum term?+

No long-term contract. If you decide to move on, you give notice, and we provide all your payroll records in a format your next provider can use without issue. You will not be left scrambling for data. The arrangement works because it keeps working — not because you are locked in.

Can you handle auto-enrolment pension submissions alongside payroll?+

Yes. Auto-enrolment compliance — including contribution calculations, pension provider submissions and re-enrolment obligations — is included as part of the payroll service.
